Facebook tests end-to-end encrypted Secret Conversations on Messenger – Naked Security

Do you trust Facebook? Their providing end to end encrypted messaging that they don’t keep a record of just seems like something that wouldn’t fly with the government, and aren’t they already in bed with them providing all of the data flowing through their servers?
