The Myers family had setup to take a family picture in front of the capitol building and Mr. Meyers had setup his camera to take a timed exposure while he ran to get into the picture with his family. He had placed his camera bag behind where they had setup to take the picture.

Monday, August 23, 2010 at 2:30PM Two things will be be going on this fall and Christmas season, first Intel is releasing its new dual-core Atom processor for Netbooks and we are about to see Netbook Manufacturers like Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba and others releasing new models with this processor installed. This will begin to take the Netbook for internet browsing status to a system with a little more clout. The dual core will help manufacturer’s provide more energy efficient models for us to play with and hopefully we will see a whole slew of these products with full size keyboards and 11.6-inch screens. This will be a great boon for someone that wants a reasonably priced Netbook that will allow them to do more functions more easily…

These products will be based on 25nm NAND flash memory chips and sold under the Intel X25-M, X18-M (mainstream) and X25-V (value) brands. The four drives will continue to carry the company internal codename “Postville”, with the same feature set as the 34nm Postville SSDs, except for the 25nm NAND chips, native data encryption, SMART, and higher performance.

Friday, July 30, 2010 at 4:20PM Scott has noted that if you are updating XP and have selected IE8 as one of the downloads, you will most likely get a run.dll error after you reboot and you will still have IE6/IE7 on your system.
You have to do yet another update and reinstall IE 8 again and this should resolve the error.
This does not happen if you run IE8 from a standalone install, only through Windows Updates.

This new Kindle will only be WiFi enabled but most of will not be unhappy with that. It is purported to have better contrast, up 50% over the current models. The unit is physically smaller and lighter but still sports the 6-inch screen. And if you are a speed reader the screens are turning 20% faster as well. Storage has doubled, and battery life is said to be good for up to an entire month. They have even included new custom fonts that should make the work and letters more crisp and natural looking.
